Contributing to ensuring the conformity of Renault Group’s suppliers by conducting quality and / or industrial process activities with potential suppliers, at risk or penalizing in the affectation, project and or series life phases.
After Mar-17: Auditor Alliance Supplier Evaluation Standard (ASES). ASES is an Evaluation of Supplier Plant Quality Management System and its implementation at Shopfloor in order to check if Renault-Nissan Quality requirements and expectations are achieved, with 2 parts: process indicator (evaluation of the supplier Quality Management System and shop floor) and result indicator (evaluation of actual performance). Overall Rank = combination of Process and Result. ASES result is shared between Renault and Nissan, and more critic than ISO/TS audit.Also after Mar-17: auditor for Supplier Health Check (SHC). SHC is an evaluation of supplier plant manufacturing process and performances in order to check if Renault-Nissan quality requirements are respected and if expectations are achieved.After Mar-18: ASES Coach. Main responsibilities: new candidates On Job trainning, new evaluators training and ASES reports validation.
